<div>James S Chanos is founder and Managing Partner of Kynikos Associates, a short-selling investment firm that provides investment management services for both domestic and offshore clients.  Previously he worked as a financial analyst for Paine Webber, Gilford Securities and DeutscheBank.  Mr Chanos has successfully executed short sales for a number of companies including Boston Chicken, Sunbeam, Tyco International and Enron.  Mr Chanos holds a BA degree in economics and political science from Yale University.</div></div></div>
